Tax Certificates or Tax Information
If you require a Tax Certificate please fill out the following form and either email to info@claresholm.ca or fax to 403-625-3869

You will need to provide the REQUESTED BY information and the CIVIC ADDRESS of the property. The rest of the form will be filled out by the Town of Claresholm and returned with the Tax Certificate.
Proof of payment must be provided along with the request in order for the request to be fulfilled. We will send you a copy of the Certificate upon proof of payment and once payment has actually been received, we will send the original certificate by mail.
Payment options are Cheque made out to the TOWN OF CLARESHOLM or E-transfer to payments@claresholm.ca.
Tax Information and Certificate - $20.00
Tax Information only - $15.00
